Senior NEWS Correspondent (Local)

Dynasty Communications and their leading Hamilton publication, VIEW Weekly, are currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic senior correspondent for NEWS, a section dedicated to highlighting the happenings of the world, both on a local and international scale. Please note, however there will be a strong focus on covering local topics. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join the VIEW family.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and well-versed in the local Hamilton and area political and news landscape, willing and eager to delve deeper into topics than a typical 'news' format. They will know the difference between 'it's' and 'its', placing strong emphasis on quality writing with knock-out style. Applicants must be deadline-orientated, strong communicators both on the page and off, and committed to bi-weekly contributions. Prowess with a camera will seal your deal.
